We’ve made it easier to track the progress of your dropoff. Before you bring in a product, please generate generate a unique DAN (Dropoff Authorisation Number) you can generate a number on our DAN generator page.
Check Progress of Dropoff
Once you have a DAN number and dropped off your machine, you can Track progress. Simply Enter your DAN and your Google email address below to open a private Google Chat Space where our technicians will communicate with you directly as they work on your item.
Please note: You must use a Google Account email address, as access to the Chat Space is only available through Google Chat.
